• mDVIR (Leasing Customers, Integrated Customers, & Aim Employees): This mobile adaptation of the popular electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Report allows drivers to effortlessly submit and view their DVIRs by simply entering a unit number.
• Where's My Load? (Integrated Customers & Aim Employees): This feature enables users to provide real-time updates on delivery statuses, including estimated time of arrival (ETA) and current locations, addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
• Integrated Dashboard (Integrated Customers & Aim Employees): The Integrated Dashboard offers users a visual overview of critical fleet metrics such as Fuel Economy/MPG, Cost Per Stop, and Cost Per Mile.
• SalesGold (Aim Employees Only): This internal Customer Relationship Management tool equips sales, rental, and administrative staff with 24/7 access to manage relationships, look up companies, and document interactions with local contacts effectively.
